The three partners of XLAM, a Panamanian construction company specializing in industrialized construction, come from the construction sector. For years, we worked on other people's projects—as subcontractors, project managers, carpenters—and we experienced firsthand a frustrating reality: poorly defined projects, budgets that skyrocket, construction that drags on for months or years, and mediocre results. Projects that no one would defend as a job well done.
We reached a point where we decided there was another way to do things and we decided to open our own construction company in Panama.
We founded XLAM with a clear conviction: building well doesn't have to cost more or take longer. It just requires better planning and better systems.
